Description

Only the tip of a whale's tail is above water in this ocean art by Karin Grow. A large sea dweller is relaxing and sunbathing in the tropical sun in this miniature canvas art finished with our rustic white frame. Pop one on a shelf or group a collection of sea life from Karin Grow on your wall.

Good things come in small packages! And in this case it's our new mini framed canvas art. Get creative and curate an imaginative collection by bringing a series of small things together. These mini masterpieces come ready to set on a shelf or hang on a wall. Our mini canvases are framed and come with a rigid mdf wood panel backing that has a saw tooth hanger for easy hanging. Our frames are approximately 1.25’’ in depth and come with a lightly distressed finish that creates a beautiful texture. Please note texture variation is intentional and frame color is predetermined for each design. Our canvas art is reproduced in our San Diego studios using the best digital reproduction method currently available, resulting in great clarity and color saturation. Canvases are exceptionally durable and can be cleaned with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

I am a full time artist residing in a little beach town with my 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 husband. As a native to southern California, I can't help but be inspired by the nature around me. Although I enjoy using a variety of mediums, the majority of my work is done in acrylic. It's always fun playing around with interesting color combinations or painting with a soothing monochromatic palette. My career in art started fresh out of high school when I worked as an assistant for an illustrator/muralist. During that time, I continued to take a variety of art classes before jumping headfirst into business for myself. I've pretty much dabbled in everything from florist, jewelry maker, candle manufacturer, and gift shop owner. Nowadays, my time is spent running a little art and vintage shop online, teaching classes in my studio, and working as the art curator for a local coffee house.
