The WP Purpose

Street artists around the world who tag buildings — often using a type of home-brewed glue called “wheat paste”– intrigued us. We were inspired by the existence of an entire underground movement committed to beautifying struggling urban landscapes, raising awareness using the power of art, and expressing creativity in a truly unique way.

So, fueled by many of those (daring) artists’ efforts, we decided to make their work available for indoor applications where their progressive vision can truly transform your space’s attitude.  And that’s why we founded Wheatpaste: to showcase amazing works of art and support the talented artists who create them.

Plus, by using the web to bridge the gap between art makers and art buyers (and vice versa), we are strengthening our independent community of creative entrepreneurs whose work really inspires us all.
